Public and civil servants working in and around the Dormaa Municipal Assembly Office Building area have presented assorted items valued at GH¢2,000.00 to the Children’s Ward of the Dormaa Presbyterian Hospital.
The items include two cartons of milk, box of apples, soft drinks, three boxes of voltic mineral water, a bag of detergent, three packets of toilet rolls, box of maggie cube and hand washing liquid detergents, four boxes of key soap and one box of Geisha soap.
Presenting the items Mr. Gordon Asubonteng, the Municipal Chief Executive, said the items were purchased from the kind contributions and offerings of the workers who attended the assembly’s morning devotion programmes.
He expressed the hope that others would emulate the example of the workers.
Doctor Adoma Dwomo – Fokuo, the Medical Officer In-Charge at the Ward, on behalf of management expressed appreciation for the donation.
