Abusua Nkosuo Club Leads Sanitation Day Activities

Abusua Nkosuo Club, a welfare club has donated four dust bins to the Rural Waste Management Services Limited and the Ga East Municipal Assembly as part of their community engagement and social responsibility initiative.

The club made the donation after participating in the monthly National Sanitation Day Clean-up campaign at Haats-Papao Community in the Ga East Municipal Assembly.

The four-hour clean-up exercise involved mobilizing residents and local businesses to clear waste and ended with the cleaning of the Haatso Lorry Station.

Tesa Ayernor, Chairman of the Club, after the exercise, donated the four refuse bins to the Rural Waste Management Services Limited and the Assembly to support the waste management efforts in the community.

Established in May 2011, Abusua Nkosuo Club is an all men club and has positioned itself as one of the most influential gentlemen welfare club in Accra.

Located in Haatso, the club is made of professionals, business men and intelligentsia with the aim of promoting the total welfare of members, business and networking within and outside the membership as well as support the community and the under privileged in society.
