The intervention by George did not go down well with the suspect and brother who threw stone at George leading to an open fight in which the two were severely beaten.

In an attempt to revenge, Rasta and the brother with few others reorganized themselves in the evening at around 10pm to attack George in his house. However on their way, they met the deceased who was a friend to George and ordered him and a friend to kneel down.
