Suhum police mount search for arrest of criminals

Suhum, May 19, GNA - The Suhum Police have intensified their search for the arrest of suspected criminals who attacked two watchmen and inflicted severe cutlass wounds on them. The watchmen - Mustapha and Kwame Agbemeshi are currently on admission at the Suhum Government Hospital. The Police told the GHA that Mustapha, an employee, of Chanies Construction Company, was attacked in the night by unknown persons who inflicted cutlass wounds on him. Mustapha as a result of the attack lost almost all his teeth. Agbemeshi, who is a watchman at the Suhum Kraboa Coaltar District Assembly, was also attacked in the night and cutlass wounds inflicted on him resulting in his loss of one of the arms. It would be recalled that five people, including two school children, were killed and four others including two watchmen were attacked at Suhum about two months ago and cutlass wounds inflicted on them. 19 May 10
