Japan names new ambassadors to Ghana

Japan on Friday appointed Consul General in New Orleans, USA, Masamichi Ishikawa as ambassador to Ghana.

Ishikawa, 59, entered the Foreign Ministry in 1971 and formerly headed the communications division of the minister's secretariat.
