Kufour Speaks Like A Dumb Person - Tony Aidoo

The controversial former Deputy Defence Minister in the Rawlings Regime Dr. Tony Aidoo says President Kufour speaks like a dump person.

Dr. Aidoo noted for making controversial and sometimes unimaginable comments about NPP officials and journalists made the comment when a local radio station, PeaceFM, asked about Prof. Mill?s public forum.

He said Prof. Mills?s performance at the forum cannot be challenged by President Kufuor.

He said Professor Mills speaks better English and is able to articulate his views; he doesn?t speak like a dumb person as President Kufour.

?President Kufour cannot even speak English well and fumbles almost all the time?. ?Infact he speaks like a dump person? Dr. Tony Aidoo added.
