Ghana Armed Forces urged to be discipline ahead of November polls

The Chief of Defense Staff of the Ghana Armed Forces has urged personnel of the armed forces to be discipline, professional and vigilant in the performance of their duties as the country prepares steadily towards the November General elections.

Air Marshal Michael Samson-Oje is convinced that with the improvement of infrastructure, logistics and standards of training of personnel will go a long way to position the Armed Forces to address the current threats its facing.

Speaking at the inauguration of a new accommodation block for junior ranks at the Tamale Air Force base a while ago, the Chief of Defense staff of the Ghana Armed Forces also acknowledged government efforts in supporting the Ghana Armed force to be able to discharge their duties professionally.

The two storey accommodation facility is expected to accommodate 320 young soldiers. The facility will be fitted with beds, mattresses and kitchen wares.
