New Edubiase rules out marquee signings

President of New Edubiase Abdul Salam Yakubu says his club will not be signing any big name this transfer window with less than seven hours to close the transfer window.

Edubiase have let go two of their key players in Nuhu Fusieni and Alhassan Fusieni to Champions Ashanti Gold football club.

But President Abdul Salam Yakubu says they will not be breaking the bank for any player.

“We are a club with a different philosophy we need to maintain our structures in the league and that is it,” Yakubu told Accra-based Happy FM

“We have let go some key players but we have a system to adequately replace them without spending a lot of money.”

“Because the truth is we do not have the money.”
