Airtel to make premier customers travel with class

Airtel Ghana, has launched its partnership with Aviance Ghana Limited and British Airways to give its Premier Customers exciting offers when travelling with any British Airways flight to Europe and North America.

The partnership which forms part of Airtel Ghana’s quest to provide its customers with unique services that complement their life styles is also aimed at giving Premier Customers an exciting travel experience right here in Ghana.

Ms Rosy Fynn, Customer Experience Director Airtel Ghana, speaking at the launch in Accra said the initiative would enable Airtel Premier Customers to gain access to the Adinkra Lounge to escape crowded airports at the Kotoka International Airport and elsewhere while they await their departure.

She said the agreement would give premier customers up to 15 per cent discount off their fares which is valid from August 5 to October 5 for outbound travel until August 31, 2016.

Ms Fynn stated that Airtel believes in delivering world class experience to customers and as such British Airways is the ideal partner and compliments Airtel Premier because of the focus in providing world class services to customers.

She noted that Premier Customers need to buy their air ticket via the British Airways online link that has been made available to gain access to all these exciting offers.

Mr Paul Craig, Managing Director Aviance Ghana Limited, expressed gratitude to Airtel Ghana for the partnership saying: “I hope this would strengthen and give customers the needed comfort and relaxation they deserve before they catch their flight.

Mr Kevin Leung, Commercial Manager, Ghana (British Airways) said the pleased that Airtel Premier Customers now have the advantage of travelling between Accra and London and over 150 destinations at special discounted rate.

He thus, welcomed all Premier Customers on board for easy and comfortable traveling experience.
