As much as I hate to admit Rawlings was right with his statement. If they have had listen to those who were concern with the president health, he might be alive today.

KUFFUOR FOUGHT CORRUPTION!! HE JAILED 6 HIGH PROFILE NDC THIEVES. NDC TRIED OVER 26 NPP FUNCTIONARIES BUT THEY WERE ALL FOUND TO BE CLEAN. WHOM HAS NDC JAILED IN ITS FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION???? LOOK, HONOURABLE MARTIN ALAMISI STOOD AGAINST THE PRESENT DAY NDC CRIMINALS TO WEED THEM OUT BUT THE SO CALLED ASOMDWE HENE FIRED HIM. THE VERY FOUNDER OF NDC COULD NOT HELP BUT LABELLED NDC AS GREEDY CORRUPT BASTARDS. OUR SUPREME COURT ALSO HAS DESCRIBED NDC THIEVERY AS "CREATE LOOT AND SHARE" . WAS THIS THE ECONOMY NDC TOOK OVER FROM NPP??? COME ON!! THINK!! WE HAVE WITNESSED UNPRECEDENTED CORRUPT ACTIVITIES UNDER THIS NDC RULE THAT HAS BROUGHT OUR ECONOMY TOTALLY DOWN. 2016 WILL COME. If NDC is really truthful to themselves they will know he spoke the truth and if you ask Ghanaians, I am sure 80% of the people will agree with him. Let N D C come back to their senses and accept the truth and that wopill save this nation.

Can we say that of the Fight Against Corruption THUS FAR? Why do we keep on KIDDING or LYING to ourselves?
The Council of State says they are IMPRESSED with the GOVT's EFFORTS in fighting Corruption. Why would Govt., its Agents or anybody listen to such ADMONITIONS from the Okyehene or, for that matter, many Celebrated Ghanaians such as the Moderator of the Presby Church, Pastor Mensa Otabil, Presidents Rawlings and Kufuor, and Many Countless others, when the Constitutional Body whose ONLY MANDATE is to hold the Govt. in CHECK says ALL IS WELL.
Let N-O-B-O-D-Y be fooled that We are FIGHTING CORRUPTION.
Nobody is Fighting anything. We are just PARADING the FEW who are STUPID Enough to GET CAUGHT. This simply serves as a WARNING SIGNAL to those engaged in Corrupt Practices to COVER their TRACKS and Leave NO TRAILS.
It would take the whole IMF which is very Busy seeing to more serious Problems in Economies of ALL the World's Countries to see to a BASIC and FUNDAMENTAL Exercise such as EXPUNGING Ghost Names from the Govt. Payroll, when ALL IT TAKES is to have Employees Appear in Person to sign for their Pay and the Bank Accounts into which their Salaries are Paid are SCREENED for names NOT in the EMPLOYEE Roster. If we CANNOT find Ghanaians to PERFORM this VERY SIMPLE TASK, how do we find Ghanaians to undertake the MORE SOPHISCATED Fighting Corruption Demands.
Regrettably, There are Ghanaians who would not be Considered for REASONS Anybody or any Team wanting to WIN a FIGHT Would NOT OPT For.
But The Council of State says THEY ARE IMPRESSED with the 'FIGHT' which has NOT Even STARTED.
So Therefore, WHO AM I, Mantse, to say Otherwise. FIGHTING, indeed, is a TERM of ART.

Ghanaians must desist from "worshipping" presidents and begin to hold presidents and leaders accountable. Bravo Greenstreet for showing Ghanaians the right way. Why bow to presidents when they are stealing millions of dollars of tax payer's money. The NDC people are enjoying while the people are suffering. Is this the better Ghana agenda. Thank you Greenstreet and more grease. May the Lord protect you.

My Problem is that just a day or so ago, ALL of YOU who MATTER in GHANA, the 'REAL OWNERS' of the Land were ALL SILENT when the Council of STATE made the RATHER NAUSEATING REMARK that it was IMPRESSED with Govt.'s Fight Against Corruption. NONE of you, Ghana's OPINION LEADERS, even asked 'WHICH FIGHT?'
HOW CAN ONE BE IMPRESSED WITH A FIGHT THAT IS YET TO START?
Such statements DON'T HELP MATTERS.
It ONLY makes all of us FEEL we are ACHIEVING something in our 'NO PROGRESS MADE SITUATION' and makes those Engaged in CORRUPT ACTS COMFORTABLE with their PRACTICES.
It should Not Take BLOGGERS to ask for EVIDENCE from the Council of STATE as to WHY and HOW any one with 20/20 VISION could say a Fight is going on and they are Impressed with that Fight when ALL of US don't SEE or HEAR of a Fight except more Corruption Uncovered NOT by Govt. or its Agents but by the Awuni Azzurres and Anas Amereyaws of the Day?
The Opinion Leaders of OUR TIME, must NOT RESORT to ONLY Making Statements when they have the PODIUM. They MUST CONSTANTLY ATTACK those who are in the WAY.
And, I Think, the COUNCIL of STATE is IN THE WAY by virtue of its Statement that can ONLY be Characterized as a SYCOPHANTIC and a SELF-SERVING Statement.

You are frustrated and that is understandable. This King is just one of many institutions in Ghana to speak. I think he has done his job and doesn't matter when it happened. The retort to the Council Of State should come mainly from the opposing political parties. These opposing parties are however walking a fine line hear because of the division among the citizens. Also this NDC leadership knows how to go after their critics. See what happened to Greenstreet? Is it not amazing how Rawlings, the pontiff corruption critics, is silent? We have a big problem in Ghana, you know. The people need to wake and see the bunko being played on them.

It looks like every Akan is so mad because they are not the ones in charge of the oil. How many corrupt people did Kufour dismissed from his cabinet or sent to prison?. A ship load of cocaine disappeared not one but many times. Erick Amoateng was in American prison for ten good years. My Akan brothers and sisters take it easy your time will come may be 20 years from now. Your fraudulent agitations is richly ornamented with such a potent force that no one will take NPP people serious when it comes to time for voting. Playing the game like renegade mavericks which is gross insubordination will not put you on the big chair. Your shenanigans and uncompromising ethics will always find you on the opposition. Its a new day and Ghanaians are political wise now. Your continue blasphemy will gloat the minds of many votes. Nana Akufo Addo is wasting his time and energy. He will loose this time with wide margin. And positively no court case this time around.
