Mahama is Ghana's most disappointing President – NPP MP

Member of Parliament for Atwima Mponua Constituency Isaac Kwame Asiamah has expressed disappointment with the state of the nation under President John Dramani Mahama, saying: “Things are upside down”.

He said for young a person, President Mahama has lowered the bar of leadership in the country.

“He is the most disappointing president Ghana has ever produced,” he stated.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament was speaking to our reporter Narkwor Kwabla on the sidelines of a demonstration staged by pressure group Alliance for Accountable Governance on Wednesday.

The demonstration was dubbed ‘Aagbe W)’ meaning ‘They are killing us’, referring to government.

Mr Asiamah was joined by other members of Parliament for the demonstration. He accused the president of performing below expectation after “the former president gave him all the opportunity”.

He is an unprecedented president, the NPP MP stressed.

“Never again should Ghana experience such bad leadership.”
