Ghanaians will retain NDC in power - Ambassador Sinare

Alhaji Said Sinare, National Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), said the party would be retained by Ghanaians come 2016, in spite of the negative propaganda by the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He said the President John Mahama led administration was doing a lot to deliver on its promises, a statement copied to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) said.

The newly appointed Ambassador to Saudi Arabia said negative propaganda against the Government would not wash.

He said:"The 2016 elections would be fought on issues and not on accusations and counter accusations."

Alhaji Sinare said the NDC Government was working assiduously to put smiles on the faces of the good people of Ghana.

He said the Government would not relent on its efforts at working to help make Ghana a better place for all.

“I am not saying 2016 is going to be a push-over, but we are doing all we can to boost the confidence the good people of Ghana have in the NDC. we would win, Insha Allah, but it would come through hard work which means we must all come together to make a comprehensive victory a reality and not a mere talk.''

He called on the NDC family to keep their faith in the Government and never lose hope because things would work out for the good of the party before 2016.

Alhaji Sinare urged members of the party to close their ranks and work to achieve the vision and mission of the NDC and the Government.

"With hard work and dedication I believe John Dramani Mahama and the NDC would be retained," he said.
