NDC Accra Women’s Org. still in critical condition after Sat crash

The governing party's Greater Accra Women's Organiser is still in critical condition along with her Driver after a gross accident involving her and two other deputy women's Organisers at Kintampo in the Brong Ahafo region on Saturday.

Vivian Ankrah survived the crash which killed her Deputy and the Deputy of the Volta Regional Women's Organiser. She is currently on admission at the 37 Military Hospital.

The two deceased were Hajia Adiza Sali and Agnes Tia. They died when their Tundra was rammed by a Yutong bus on the Kintampo-Kumasi road.

They were returning from the funeral of a sister of the First Lady when the accident happened.

In line with Islamic tradition, Hajia Adiza Sali was buried on Sunday and the body of Agnes Tia have been deposited at a morgue in Accra.

The Driver of the car in which the women were traveling also survived with scathing injuries.
