Story: How to Kill a Wolf/GHANA - (Eskimo Style)..HIPC STUNTING OUR GROWTH
Up in the arctic circle there is tribe of Eskimo's(IMF, WESTERN DONORS, BANKS) who have learned to set
a very simple yet effective trap for wolves (GHANA/MAHAMA). First they sharpen a knife
razor sharp. Then they dip it in the blood of a seal they have killed.
(you see seals are fairly easy to trap but wolves are very dangerous).
After dipping the knife in blood they set it outside in the cold so the
blood freezes on the knife. After if freezes (a matter of minutes) they
dip it again into the seal blood and again take it out an let the blood
freeze. Layer after layer they make a blood popsicle. When they are done,
the knife's blade is hidden inside just like a popsicle stick. Now they
take the knife out into the wilderness where they think a wolf might be.
There the bury the handle of the knife in the snow leaving the blood
popsicle standing up and they leave.
Now after a while a wolf(GHANA/MAHAMA) will come along guided by his sense of smell(GREED) and
find the "bloodsicle". He will being licking it, enjoying every taste.
Over and over he licks the knife and soon his tongue is so cold he cannot
feel it any longer. It's numb. But his taste for blood is growing and he
is not getting as much as he wants - you see, popsicles are slow eating.
Finally his licking exposes the razor sharp edge of the knife. It cuts
into his tongue again and again but he does not even notice for his tongue
can no longer feel anything. The wolfs own blood now flows from his cut
tongue. The wolf is thrilled, blood is now more plentiful and he continues
to lick more and more.
Soon he notices something is wrong, he is getting weaker not stronger.
Since he knows blood as food he increases his efforts to feed on the ever
increasing flow of blood. His last thoughts are of how good the now warm
blood tastes. Within minutes he licks his last and collapse next to the
now fully exposed knife. Here the Eskimo(IMF, WESTERN DONORS, BANKS) knows he will find the wolfs(GHANA/MAHAMA)
DEAD body the next morning.

Why do we believe in moving forward through others help? If that would have work, Africans wounld have been the most advance world. Unfortunately, it did not work on that simply because of our wickedness. If Africans were to be rich like this people, shall we have help them at all? Why I am asking this question is that, if we are not able to help ourselves, then who will be ready to help us? Africans need to go back to their drawing board and think again.

We are useless. The only thing we know and can do is to stretch our hands and receive something from anyone. The good book says, it is a blessing to give than to receive and having been receiving all these years, is casting a curse on the entire continent. If this is not true, then why can't we wean ourselves off such stupid gesture of "always receiving"? Even if after receiving and the money is put to good use, there is nothing wrong but that is where the stealing begins. Those at the top will make sure to share the money with little going to the intended purpose.
Africa is one of the rich continent on the planet but with clueless, useless and thieves leading us, we are always looking for handouts. If those giving us are thieves like us, where will they get the money to give us? Such hand out from donor nations makes mockery of us as pathetically, foolish and useless humans and there is no doubt about that.
In a nation where people like Asiedu Nketia and co are deciding our fate, what exactly will be the order of the day?

A single nation can give some African nations an amount of $32 billion and the leaders of these nations, do not sit down and ponder why they cannot generate revenue on their own to avoid huge interest on such loans which can be directed towards something better.
One question that do not cross the minds of African leaders is, if the leaders of these donor nations are thieves like them, where will they get the money to give them? African leaders only care to receive then squander the money on frivolous things like building castles in the "air" and behind women.
If possible, there should be some ways to warn these leaders to stop giving loans or whatever to any African nation and tell the leaders to come up with a plan to generate income themselves to support their economies.

Yes, we are not a natively generous
people, except to churches that
promise us eternal luxuries in heaven
("castles in the air").
Even more so, we cannot bear the thought of accepting charity and welfare from another black person. If the IMF had an African head, the begging would cease therewith.
But the issue is deeper than mere cultural prejudices.
Truth be told, South Africa and Nigeria, between them, have the
capability of funding a 10-year (not 5-year) $30 billion development
package for the continent. But such a
project will not happen.
The reason is economic: African
countries are the biggest competitors
of each other. A South African-Nigerian aid project would only fund less able competitors, since all
African nations export their products (whatever they may be) to the same buyers in the EU and east Asia.
African countries have to develop
trade advantages amongst themselves, but that is not in the interest of the EU, or Asia, or indeed Africa, to cultivate.

The $32 billion to Africa is, from the Japanese vantage point, equivalent to budgeting a "bullet train to nowhere."
This effort fulfills Japanese/western motives, but will it fulfill Africans'? Of course not. But a portion of the money, as long as it is not given as a loan, can be used to restart one or another high-priority stalled development or infrastructure projects. The rest can be gratefully, and visibly, returned to the Home Islands as "not needed for this time" (in my sweetest dreams ...)
