Mahama’s supremacy is the worst ever in Ghana’s history - Bartels

A former Minister in the erstwhile New Patriotic Party (NPP) government, Kwamena Bartels has said that under 100 days leadership of President John Dramani Mahama, Ghanaians have gone through hardship which has not been experienced over the years.

“…I think we all know the numerous strike actions by teachers and doctors all over. That is what has characterized government, and it has not been a very pleasant one. Again ‘Dom Sor Dom Sor’ (Erratic power supply) and rationing of water from late President Mills’ time till now all under the NDC government,” he said.

Speaking on Accra-based Adom FM, the former Interior Minister in the Kufuor led administration noted some difficulties he is facing and did not want to compare it to the layman.

“I spend hundred and fifty cedis (GHC 150) on water every week. Six hundred Ghana cedis (GHC 600) a month, always using generator, this is what has characterized President John Mahama and his governance in his 100 days in office,” he said.

Comparing Mahama’s led administration to the erstwhile Heads of State, he described his supremacy as the worst ever in the history of Ghana.
