This is really a good initiative taken by the bank..going a step further in getting to know one's client is the surest way to creat other marvelling and skyrocketing opportunities for the Bank....its not just a process but its abou the people because they make the process function..other banks should also take a clue from this to widen their opportunities...the average Ghanaian needs a little to be motivated and i think Access Bank is displaying more than just that little for its customers.
