NOT AT ALL, THAT IS ABOMINATION IN DEMOCRACY, VERY SUICIDAL. HAD NDC MANAGED THE ECONOMY WELL, THIS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE SITUATION. NDC HAS PRESIDED OVER THE BIGGEST RESOURCES GHANA HAS EVER HAD. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTRACTED MORE LOANS THAN ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT IN OUR HISTORY, BUT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THIS. GHANAIANS SHOULD HAVE ENJOYED SOME ECONOMIC PROGRESS AT THIS TIME IN OUR HISTORY. THE ECONOMY IS COLLAPSING BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS SO CORRUPT. TO RESCUE THE SITUATION, THE POOR IS NOW BEING FORCED TO PAY. THIS IS INJUSTICE. THIS IS NOT THE GHANA KUFFOUR HANDED OVER TO NDC, HE EVEN ADDED FRESH CRUDE OIL WELLS. NPP TRANFORMED GHANA TO A MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMY WITH LIMITED RESOURCES BUT GOOD POLICIES. NDC IS WOEFULLY REVERSING THESE NPP ACHIEVEMENTS. GHANA'S CURRENT SITUATION IS VERY DISTURBING. WHEN THE HISTORY IS TOLD, IT WILL BE SAID THAT GHANAIANS WERE OFFERED FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION, IMPROVED UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, SOCIAL HOUSING FOR THE POOR AND AN EGALITARIAN SOCIETY BUT 50% SAID NO THANK YOU. THEY PREFERRED ECONOMIC "WOYOMISATION" , PHANTOM DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, PHILANDERERS FOR LEADERS, MACHIAVELLIAN DISRESPECTFUL CORRUPT LOUTS AND A VISIONLESS EVIL GOVERNMENT. I AM SO PROUD I VOTED FOR NANA AKUFFO ADDO.

  I joined Ghana Telecom as a young engineer fresh from school when it was P&T.Those days to be a university graduate there was like a crime,low standards ,pettiness,lack of business acumen,even training programs were shunned by workers.Post was seperated from telecom and that is where the transformation started,we became more business focused ,there wee resistances to institutional renewal efforts but we spared no effort.Soon the staff who resisted training begun to love training and even fought to attend training programmes.That is where our potentials were unlocked,people who hated to see graduates begun to enroll in universities and by the time i left Vodafone in 2010,the Company that lowered the standards we were far ahead of ECG and GWC in terms of quality of service ,attitude to work and business focus.My point here is ECG and GWC are still at the rudimentary stages of development that GT was in the early 90's.They cannot unlock their potential or embrace anything good,i interact with these institutions and anytime i visit any of their offices i see these institutions GT as it was in the early 90's and the years preceding .That is the problem,no amount of technological investment will change anything ,its the human beings.
