  My answer to your question is, none of the above. Money is what comes to my mind. Somebody just give that chief a GHc 100.00 and a bottle of schnapps, and I will bet he will keep his traditionally corrupt mouth shut.

  We do all the things you accused us of doing as a nation, precisely because for close to about forty years we failed as a nation to give our citizens the relevant quality education to really move our nation forward. The deleterious effect of this is all across the board; it is not limited to our chiefs and politicians alone, but to the rank and file of our society. It does look pretty. We've got to come up with a better way of educating our people.
