    Instead of giving assurance that there wouldn't be any disaster, you are entertaining the possibility of a disaster and assuring its management. This is the worst form of reactiveness.

    Did I read that the building has fire extinguishers? A building this size need sprinkler system not fire extinguishers in case of fire.
