NPP Schemes Evil On Voting Day

The Herald is in possession of a confidential document, ostensibly structured by the New Patriotic Party (NPP), plotting evil which could lead to violence on Friday, and plunge the country into chaos.

Reports reaching The Herald say desperation has become acute in the NPP camp because their findings reveal that President John Mahama is going to secure nine out of the ten regions.

The “confidential”, document lays out a fifteen point detail on how the NPP intends staging mayhem at some identified Muslim communities, and the “deployment of media journalists from Ivory Coast to augment the staff strengths at Oman FM and other related media platforms in stimulating electoral processes and passion in December 7, 2012”.

It also mentions the spreading of dead bodies at strongholds of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) to cause fear and panic and states that the “Operations base for elections to be sited at Kennedy’s residence/premises of Oman FM”.

Sequel to the document, names making the rounds as part of the diabolical plan include Alhassan Ziblim Isaac, Sakyi Samuel Owusu, Osei Yaw Takyi, Adawu Daniel, Ayitevie Simon, Samuel Poku, Twum-Ampofo Emmanuel, Asantewa Helena, Jane Atseku, Robert Pimpong, Kennedy K. Gyasi, Thomas Topi Uncle, Mensah Samuel and Foster Boakye Sarpong.

Others are Gyasi Stephen, Jacob Ampofo-Okere, Asiedu Kofi Samuel, Fordson Nyemasem Kwesi, Ansah George, Afful Osei Obed, Frank Appiah, Tetteh Wayo, Yeboah Solomon, Yeboah Solomon, Gyamfi Daniel, Adams Zakari, Emmanuel Kwesi Apietu, Joseph Yanbey Blay, Aidoo Michael and Frank Osei-Poku.

It stated that “Mayhem to be started at various Muslim communities such as Ashiaman. B/A, Ashanti Magazine, Eastern” and mentions “releasing of dead bodies from the various hospitals on the eve of elections at vantage locations where NDC is dominating”.

The spreading of the dead bodies, the NPP notes, “ is to instill fear and panic into the people from voting”.

The leaked file also outlined plans of “setting up of collation IT Centres at vantage points powered by China IT Company,” explaining that “this is to monitor centers that would not have its verification devices functioning properly”, adding “this exercise would be aided by some presiding officers identified.”

It said also that, “Deliberate declaration of results in favour of Nana as the President for the country”, stating, “This would be done by the foreign journalists from Ivory Coast.”

According to the document, the NPP will “protest against election results at Odododiodio Constituency, and in some NDC strongholds” while some “persons at collation centers,” are engaged “to change figures in favour of NPP” and also “Alter figures in collation centers of NDC strongholds.”

The scheme is targeted to “declare Nana Addo as winner of the polls in advance, and raise legal challenge to make the Supreme Court declare results.”

The document proposed yet another evil plan which is to “influence EC officials to spoil ballot papers in NDC strongholds”, where “some key personalities will be marked and captured in the event of voting”.

It mentioned the Assin North MP, Kennedy Agyapong’s residence/premises of Oman FM as the “Operations base” where the barbaric machination would be sited.
