If Nduoms GN has not been shut down more depositors would have lost their money. Because it was shut down those depozits were transferred to mire safer banks line Zenith, ECOBANK, SGS, Fidelity etc and those depositors have their money to pay school fees, health bills and take care of their families.

Thete is a reason why menstrual blood is not recycled into the bloodstream. Because its not healthy and has to be disposed off. There is a reason why some financial institutions should not be pernitted to operate. Because they are not healthy for the financial bloodline of a coubtry. Nduoms GN and Amoabengs UTB were examples of so e of these bad financial institutions. They were given opportunity to reform and meet the threshold of the new Central Bank Deposit threshold. All existing 21 Banks met the threshold by either seeking new sources of finance or merging. Nduoms GN and UTB did not. Why should GN and UTB be given an exception when tbe other 21 Banks have done the needful. Is it because Nduom and Amoabeng have nice biceps and calves. That is why Ghana is a shithole. Because we dont like abiding by rules and regulations. We like pointi g fingers at others for our woes but forgetting our own responsibilities towards a successful country. As long as the responsibility is on us we can violate and ignore the rules. And because everybody is violating the rules we have a big country if lawlessbess everybidy pointing to others apart from themselves.

Nduom GN should have paid up his Depositor Fund. He chose rather to invest that money in the US buying Banks. Na who cause am. Shut down GN Bank until they come up with the Central Bank Guarantee Deposit line others have done.

The reason why Nduom is not going to court is that he knows he would be found to have no case. He established a Savings and Loan Company, spread himself so thin across the country, creamed off GHanaian depositors funds to buy a Bank in the US and whatever he did with the rest of the money.

If he goes to Court the books and records will find him out that he has no case and reason why he refused to pursue the matter in Court.

You also have a right to pursue your claims in Court. Contrary to belief Ghanaian Courts do work if you have a case. 21 Other Banks are operating successfully under the new regulations and rules. Nduom can ask them how they do it. They paid up their Depositors Guarantees to retain their licence. Nduom didn't and he lost his license. It is what it is. Capiche!
