The country will remain under the influence of the dry, dusty harmattan wind flow - Meteo

Accra, Feb. 9, GNA - The Meteorological Services Department on Monday announced that the country would remain under the influence of the dry, dusty harmattan wind flow. Therefore the dry and dusty harmattan with obscured visibilities would persistently cover the entire country. Cloudless skies are expected with high but mild temperatures during the day.

Tonight, warm temperatures are expected along the coast, but on the contrary being very cold inland especially over high grounds. This would give rise to thick mist or fog patches over shaded areas during the early hours of the day.

Maximum and minimum temperatures between 0600 hours on Monday and 0600 hours on Tuesday were given as: coastal areas, between 33 and 23 degrees Celsius, forest and mountainous areas, between 35 and 19 degrees Celsius and Northern Ghana, between 36 and 21 degrees Celsius.
