The weather is expected to be stable but humid over the country - Meteo

Accra, July 30, GNA - The Meteorological Service Department on Wednesday announced that the weather would be very cloudy and dull over the entire country with widespread morning mist of fog patches over most places of southern Ghana this morning. This is expected to clear by mid-morning to give way to a fair weather day with mild temperature values and occasional slight rain over the coast.

Thunderstorms might kick off just over very few areas in the northern sector and the hilly areas of southern Ghana by late afternoon.

Early morning hill fog is also expected over the sheltered areas of southern Ghana tomorrow.

Maximum an minimum temperatures between 0600 hours on Wednesday and 0600 hours on Thursday were given as: Coastal areas, between 29 and 22 degrees Celsius; Forest and mountainous areas, between 31 and 21 degrees Celsius and Northern Ghana, between 33 and 23 degrees Celsius.
