Liberty Professionals insist Latif Blessing is not for sale despite reports linking the highly-coveted winger with a move to giants Asante Kotoko.

The 17-year-old starlet revealed this week he’s almost certain to join the Porcupine Warriors after agreeing personal terms with the club.

Blessing joined the scientific soccer lads last year but has become a big transfer tussle between Kotoko and Ashantigold with Hearts of Oak believed to be lurking.

But Liberty director George Afriyie has been quick to deny reports linking the club’s new sensation to Kumasi, insisting he’s not for sale.

“He has been at Liberty for just one season. This is the time for us to groom him for the future so even if any club writes to us to consider a transfer, we will not let him go,” he told Accra based Atinka FM.

The youngster impressed in his debut season for the capital-based last term to heighten interest in his signature.
