The Bench pays tribute to late Charles Kofi Bucknor

The Bench, a 3-member group of friends of which the late legendary actor, Charles Bucknor was part has paid tribute to their departed friend whose demise they least expected considering the fact he was the youngest of the three men.

The Bench recounted how Charles Bucknor became a member of the group after marrying the last of the three daughters of the late Mary Ampah whose two daughters were already married to two good friends of Charles Bucknor.

Describing Charles as a skilled writer and a gifted creative painter, The Benchmen as they prefer to call themselves noted that Charles was expected to outlive members of the group but their expectation was cut short.

Meanwhile, many who have lived and encountered him talked about what great ideas he had for the Movie industry.

To others, he was the innovator that wanted to take the country to higher heights.

Kofi Bucknor, many say will be remembered for his selflessness, his willingness to teach and share his knowledge, his ability to make one feel so comfortable and at ease around him both at home and on set.
