Stars to visit Asantehene

The Black Stars will visit Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II at his Manhyia Palace today as the team arrives in Kumasi for their World Cup second leg qualifier.

The trip is to pay homage to the King who has been a staunch supporter and motivator of the national team.

This will be the first time the Black Stars will be returning to Kumasi since September 2014 when fans booed them for their woeful World Cup appearance in Brazil.
