Six dead in Nkawkaw accident

Reports reaching Peace FM indicates that a Yutong bus in the early of Thursday, March 31st, rammed into an immobile articulator truck on the Nkawkaw-Kumasi road killing more than five people on the spot.

According to an eyewitness’ account, the Yutong bus was heading to Kumasi from Accra, when the driver inexplicably lost control of the steering wheel run into a stationary truck at a nearby filling station just after Nkawkaw.

Meanwhile, the unfortunate victims along with several other passengers have been conveyed to the Nkawkaw Catholic hospital. The Police and the Fire Service have arrived at the accident scene insisting in the rescue operation.
