Member of Parliament for the Asokwa constituency in the Ashanti region, Patricia Appiah Agyei, has urged her constituents to throw away all differences and work hard to retain the NPP in power.

According to her, winning power should be a mission that seeks to ensure that victory becomes two coins of the same side. She said, the best thing the NPP can do to enjoy safety is to vote massively for the party's flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as president, and make sure they also vote the majority of NPP's candidates into parliament, including herself.

Commending the Asokwa constituents for their massive support and hard work, the Member of Parliament said, complacency should be the last thing they practice.
"We don't have to sleep until our mission is accomplished. Breaking the eight is not a single-man mantle. Let's all rise together and fight this course ". She admonished.

Mrs. Appiah Agyei said this during a health walk organized by the Asokwa Constituency of the NPP. The walk which was meant to sustain members with good health, also aimed to reignite and unite them through reconciliation.

Mad. Patricia Appiah Agyei who was overwhelmed by the crowd gathered, also thanked her opponents who contested her during the primaries, for showing maturity by getting united at a very fast pace.

"I want to thank everyone here for their massive support and easy reconciliation. This is the fastest reconciliation we've ever witnessed, and this really tells that Asokwa NPP is mature in politics. I want to also thank my fellow contenders during the primaries, for their quick comeback ". She said.

She finally entreated them to get involved in the house-to-house campaign that has just begun.

Meanwhile, hundreds of NPP supporters from the Asokwa including all the constituency executives mobbed up to join the walk on Sunday morning to reignite the party.

The interesting occasion also witnessed the participation of some key regional executives including the organiser, Francis Adomako aka François and the youth organiser Raphael Sarfo Patrick.

Others included the regional 2nd Vice Chairperson, Victoria Owusu Achiaw and the regional treasurer, Hajia Zainab Sallow among others.
