President withdraws Prof Kumado's nomination

President John Kufuor withdrew the nomination of Professor Kofi Kumado, A lecturer at the University of Ghana, as a Supreme Court Judge. In a statement addressed to the Speaker, the President asked the House to act accordingly.

No reason was given for the withdrawal.
