A remarkable combination of regal aptitude and astute real estate management heralded the maiden luxury-homes-community-development complementing the serene atmosphere of the garden city.

Asante royal grandeur and corporate leadership dominated the profile of dignitaries who, earlier this year, honoured the launch and formal opening of Prabon Greenfields, a community of 500 stand-alone luxury villas, in a serene setting, yet within just twenty minutes’ drive from key locations in Kumasi, the Ashanti Region.

The city, acclaimed for its rich and colorful cultural heritage, came fully alive with a blend of traditional drums, horn blowing and pageantry heralding the commencement of exhibition and sales of the villas.

Beyond the spectacle and merry making was the celebration of the regal and corporate partnership, between The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and Vital Capital, a renowned Israeli Private Equity Investment Fund.

Vital Capital is responsible for the successful development of a diverse portfolio of community and infrastructure projects throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

Their impact investment is characterized by a continuous effort to balance community and environmental needs that involve water, energy and waste management and conservation.

The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the special guest of honor could hardly conceal his excitement and expressed deep satisfaction with the professional approach of his partners.

Considering the pivotal role that Kumasi plays in Ghana and indeed the West African sub region, the project has arrived at the ‘appropriate’ time when more individuals and corporate entities are seeking permanent homes and outlets in Kumasi.

The founding partner of Vital Capital, Eytan Stibbe, and Sandy Oppenheim, the Managing Director of Vital Capital, both having flown in from Israel for the occasion, expressed their confidence in the partnership with Otumfuor, ensuring the gathering that as far as real estate development in sub Saharan Africa is concerned ‘Vital is more than a worthy partner’.

Mr Sandy Oppenheim reiterated: ‘Our attention to detail in planning, design and execution is second to none; Prabon Greenfields is the first-of-its-kind with a central sewerage system connected to an off-site treatment plant negating the need of septic tanks, installed solar panels on all houses to supply hot water, much more durable building materials and construction technology with all gutters, electricity and telephone cables underground’ Vital is passionate about Kumasi; its splendor, arts and culture.

It seeks to complement that with luxury and comfort, modern amenities, while maintaining an eco friendly environment. This is because Prabon considers all communities that they operate in as stakeholders.

With Kumasi reputed to be one of the growth centers in West Africa, Prabon Greenfields Ghana believes that the environment presents the most appropriate setting for the sustenance of the estates, complete with all the amenities required for a luxury gated community: paved and lighted streets; the public areas will offer all amenities to the Residents including, but not limited to, full security, facility-management and services offices, supermarket, First Aid Center, sports and social center, playground, schools, parks and gardens, etc.

The Otumfour and the Komfrehene jointly inspected the houses, while other corporate, social and political leaders including; Alan Kyeremanteng, Herbert Mensah, K.B. Asante, Dr. Kuffour, CEO of Ghana Home Loans, were in attendance.

Prabon Greenfields is open for exhibition and sales.
