Brong Ahafo Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, also known as ‘Abronye DC’ has vowed that he together with other party officials will stop at nothing until the supposed missing vehicles from the previous National Democratic government are all retrieved.

Speaking on Adom fm’s Dwaso Nsem on Monday, the DC who now calls himself Citizen Vigilante revealed that three of the ten vehicles retrieved from some former government officials have their vehicle identification numbers tampered with and replaced with numbers which don’t correlate with the numbers recorded with the DVLA, this he said is proof enough that the cars were illegally acquired.

“the evidence is that when we went for the cars, three of the cars, had their chassis numbers scratched with sandpaper and fixed new ones with screws at the bonnet side of the cars. What they have there now are not the real chassis numbers of the vehicles”, he said.

Kwame Baffoe dared NDC officials making claims that the retrieved vehicles are actually personal properties to provide documented evidence to that effect. According to him, they can only prove the vehicles rightfully belong to them if they provide authentic evidence to back their claims.

“if it is their private properties like they say, it is like you have your child, you provide the name of the child and the details of his or her birth together with the weighing card, that is what will prove the child belongs to you, similarly, they should provide documents to back the claims.”

He urged the Police service to probe further into the issue to bring the truth to bear. Mr. Baffoe also indicated that the NPP government will not cease till all corrupt officials are prosecuted.

Kwame Baffoe is said to have led a team of persons believed to be from the National Security, DVLA and the Military to the residence of NDC Organiser, Kofi Adams to seize his five vehicles.

The "Abronye DC" also issued a warning to Randy Abbey and the Greater Accra Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kobina Ade Coker Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen Programme on Thursday while speaking about government assets in people’s possession in the country.
