Lorient striker Abdul Majeed Waris has called on Muslims to show love and care to their fellow Muslims as well as non-Muslims as they commemorate the Eid-Ul-Adha festival.

The Black Stars striker who scored the second goal or Lorient In the home win over Caen last night made the call in an exclusive interview with GHANAsoccernet.com.

“This is a season of happiness and merry making. We must all try our best to share the little we have with our neighbours and make them also feel happy,” Majeed Waris said.

“During times like these, one must not feel sad. So let us all try our best to make those who are closer to us feel happy. And Allah will bless us all,” he added.
