Kufuor Ends BA Tour

President Kufuor has just ended a tour of parts of the Brong Ahafo Region. As part of the tour, the President joined the chiefs and people of Drobo to celebrate their annual festival. He also commissioned a magnificent palace for the Paramount Chief of Drobo.
Thousands of NPP faithful defied a heavy downpour to attend a durbar at the Kwame Nkrumah park. Wearing a yellow raincoat, the President delivered a powerful speech imploring the people to vote for him to enable him complete his "good works". He predicted that the ruling NPP will win the elections in at least, five of the ten regions of the country.
