Kotoko Express owes Graphic Group $45K

The official mouth piece of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, ‘Kotoko Express’ is said to be in debt of GHC170,000, Starr Sports can confirm.

According to sources, the communications department of the club has failed to pay for printing of the club's newspaper for over two years.

The Graphic Group has since ordered the management of the club to adopt to a pay-as-you-go system to prevent the amount from soaring.

Management of Graphic has also given the club a payment plan to clear the debt.

Kotoko on Friday were cushioned with a GHC480,000 a year sponsorship from GOIL to lessen their financial burden for the season.
