KLM holds mini draw

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has held the first of four bi-weekly mini draws for the Book-Buy Fly Promotion running from now till November 30, 2002, at the KLM office at North Ridge Accra.

The first mini draw attracted KLM ticket coupons that were bought and flown between October 8 and 18 this year.

Mr Minta won the first prize of a brand new Samsung Sound system. Mr Minta’s ticket was issued at Bindu travel and tours on October 11 and he left Accra for Hong Kong on October 13.

Ms Rebecca Magnusen was the second prize-winner and she won a 20-inch Samsung colour television. Ms Magnusen bought her ticket on the 15th October and departed Accra for Amsterdam on 17 October.

The third Prize-winner was Henry Teye Ames who bought his ticket on the October 11 and departed Accra for United States on October 15. KLM Marketing and E-commerce Manager for Western Africa, Mr Francis Faki Amanquah, noted that non-winning ticket coupons of the first mini draws.

He explained that the KLM Book-Buy-Fly Promotion is aimed at recognising and appreciating the loyalty of customers who fly KLM.

Mr Amanquah added that both the mini draw winners and non-winners stand the chance of winning the grand prize of the Alfa Romeo 147 at the grand draw on the December 14, 2002.

The KLM Marketing and E-Commerce manager for Western Africa announced that the next draw will come off on November 2, 2002.
