JAK & JJ must reconcile - Delle

The Chairman of the Convention Peoples Party, CPP, Dr. Edmund Delle, has called on Ghanaians to owe it as a duty to ensure the security of the country. According to him, any leader who plays politics with the security of the country is not fit to lead the country .Speaking in an interview on Daybreak Kapital with korsi asiseh, Dr. Dele urged the current president, Mr.J.A. Kufuor and ex-president, Flt Lt. J, J, Rawlings to reconcile their differences to set an example to their followers.

He stressed the need for the two partly leader to weigh their statements to ensure that the relative peace being enjoyed now is sustained. ??oeAll that we are expecting is not to allow the rift between them to generate turmoil in the country” He said. .

Dr. Delle advised the media to report matters bordering on the stability of the nation to the appropriate quarters and desist from rushing to publish it. He said the current political dispensation can not be described as tense but rather the breaking of years of culture of silence. He advised political parties to campaign on issues devoid of insults. Dr.Delle who remains upbeat about the chances of the CPP predicted victory for the party in the December polls.
