JAK Foundation, INSEAD to hold 2nd International Workshop and Strategic Leadership traning

The John Agyekum Kufuor Foundation (JAK Foundation) and INSEAD Humanitarian Research Group, Empower School of Health would open opportunity for individuals to participate in its 2nd International Workshop and Coaching on Strategic leadership and management.

The workshop, which promises to accelerate personal and professional transformation by combining a three-phase approach; a one-month Self-Assessment, three-day, in-person Workshop and six months of Mentorship and Coaching, would commence on the 3rd – 5th of December, 2018.

A statement from the foundation said, it would be an approach that is both innovative and a pragmatic mix of sessions, which include foundational skills in management and leadership, with case-based and field-based learning and other experiential learning techniques, including seminars, interactive discussions, one-to-one personal coaching and group exercises.

It would also aims to be the push in the actualisation of leadership and management potential, with core areas of focus such as Understanding Self, Promoting managerial effectiveness and Strengthening leadership Style.

According to the statement, this year’s line up of the best and finest advisors, speakers, facilitators, coaches and mentors are a mix of head of state, politicians, CEOs and academics from the public, private and civil society sectors include: H.E. John Agyekum Kufuor, Former President of Ghana, Prof. Paul S. Lalvani, Prof. Luk Van Wassenhove, Carol Squire, Prof. Baffour Agyeman-Duah, Mr. Daljit Singh, Ambassador Denis Broun and Dr. S Y. Quraishi.

It therefore called on people who need an advancement in their personal, organisational or departmental leadership skills, as well as gather expertise in VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) environment and allign their style with organisational needs.
