Hail the Ayews - Appiah

Former Ghana captain Stephen Appiah has hailed the impact of brothers Andre and Jordan Ayew in the English Premier League.

The two brothers have tasted contrasting fortunes in the English top-flight with Andre excelling heavily so far.

While Andre has netted 5 goals in 11 outings for Swansea City, his younger brother Jordan is beginning to find his feet with two goals for struggling Aston Villa in seven matches.

And ex-Black Stars skipper Stephen Appiah has left impressed with the work ethics of the two Ghana internationals.

“Dede and Jordan have done very well because when they went over to the Premiership, Dede in particular has adjusted so fast,” he told Accra-based Asempa FM

“I am sure it’s a good sign and they are doing well to fly the flag of Ghana.”
