Groupe Nduom continues its investments in the Central Region. From Elmina where the Groupe last year opened a modern day Industrial Estates; Mankessim is the latest town in the Central Region to experience the Groupe’s long-term investments in the Ghanaian economy.

Groupe Nduom is set to unveil an ultra-modern Office Complex on Wednesday, July 13th, 2016. The building is situated just by the most visible landmark in Mankessim-the Mankessim roundabout.

The commissioning of the Office is part of Groupe Nduom’s investment commitment in areas considered among the poorest in the country.

The Central Region is considered one of the four poorest regions in Ghana. The building was constructed by Yorke Properties, one of the over 60 companies that constitute Groupe Nduom.

The occasion also offers an opportunity for Groupe Nduom to outdoor some of its variety of companies in the Groupe Nduom Mankessim Office Complex. These include GN Bank, GN Life Assurance, Gold Coast Fund Management and Pentrust which are operating within the financial sector; First Digital Television in the media; Fresh Pak and GN Electronics in the manufacturing sector and Qualtek in technology.

These companies are all housed in the Groupe Nduom Mankessim office Complex.

The official launch of the office complex will be done by Groupe President and Chairman, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom. He will be supported by other senior management personnel of the Groupe, including Senior Vice President, Mrs Yvonne Nduom.

Indeed the Groupe’s investments in the Central Region are living testimony of Dr. Nduom’s call to Ghanaians to invest and support creation of local jobs in areas in need of development and starved of investment capital.

Such trail blazing effort, in the estimation of Groupe Nduom directors, will encourage others to invest in businesses outside the mainstream Ghanaian cities/towns. This will help create value and contribute towards the improvement of lives of people in the region.

Dr Nduom believes with a well thought-out poverty alleviation programme, no region in the country should earn the derogatory description as poorest.

Groupe Nduom has investments in every district in the Central Region including towns like Kasoa, Awutu, Swedru, Potsin, Biriwa, Cape Coast, Elmina, Assin Fosu, Dunkwa-On-Offin, Bawjiasi, Afransi, Apam, Pamford, Jukwa, Asebu, Agona Aberem among others.
