Goldstar Air and its partner Seasons Travel and Tours are supporting this year’s Salafest Boxing extravaganza slated for 9th July, at the Opera Square, Accra.

The boxing bout put together by Pakis Boxing Promotion is geared toward maintaining and enhancing peace, stability and oneness before, during and after the November polls.

Coach Fatai Issifu, under whose auspices boxing promotion is seeing the light of day, is shaping up and looking forward to an action-packed bonanza and feisty action on the night.

Goldstar Air is partnering the Salafest Boxing Bonanza because of the intention behind the Salafest Boxing Bonanza stated Mr. John Ashong-Mettle head of the Public Relations Unit of Goldstar Air.

According to him the company has never shied away from such responsibilities, citing how the company has thrown its weight behind some boxing projects at the structural and inter-phase levels and will go to all length to put the sport on the map again.

He added that the company is doing this project with a sense of public-spiritism in a zealously enthusiastic manner geared toward making the Salafest Boxing Extravaganza a regular feature in the country.

The night expected to be full of thrills and spills will feature foreign boxers like Mohammed Mubarak from Ivory Coast, Ali Funeka from Cameroun, Issifu Diarra from Niger and a host of local boxers.
