Ghanaians urged to patronise made-in-Ghana products

Ghanaians have been admonished to patronise made-in Ghana products to boost local trade, the economy, create employment and further strengthen our currency.

The call was made by the immediate Past President - Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of the Pan African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PACCI), Hon. Seth Adjei Baah at the first ever Kwahu Easter Trade Exhibition organised by Ghana Chamber of Commerce.

The exhibition is meant to offer traders and consumers alike an opportunity to engage with each other, promote made-in Ghana goods and further have businesses from the various trade and industry sector showcase their products and services, Mr. Seth Adjei Baah said the exhibition will not be a nine day wonder since it will be organised annually to boost activities in the trade and industry sector and most especially made-in Ghana products.

Speaking with Nyantonton Mu Nsem, he said the exhibition is one of its kind because products being exhibited ranges from household appliances, consumables, automobile among other products.

He admonished travelers who are already at Kwahu and those yet to come to pay a visit to the exhibition grounds at the Obuoba Village at Kwahu in the Eastern Region.
