Manager of Emmanuel Hayford, Ebenezer Nortey has hinted at taking serious legal action against Hearts of Oak over the sacking of the striker from the club.

The Phobians, only last week, released a statement in their official newspaper to confirm they are ‘sacking’ the enterprising forward over charges of feigning injuries, displaying the lack of commitment and showing indiscipline.

These charges have however been vehemently denied by the former Amidaus Professionals who is now awaiting official correspondence from the club of his sacking to determine his

But his manager, Ebenezer Nortey says they could resort to bringing a suit against Hearts once the release letter they are awaiting fail to address some hanging issues especially his client’s severance package.

“Their statement said they have sacked the player who has one more year on his contract with the club,” Nortey told Sportscrusader.com.

“So it means the one-year on the contract has been terminated. But there are ways of terminating a contract.

Hayford joined Hearts of Oak two seasons ago in a double swoop which also included Selasie Adjei who coincidentally has also left the Phobians.
