Chief Justice Ejects Court Registrar

The Judicial Service has meted out injustice to its staff who was due to go on retirement by ejecting him from his official residence on the expiration of the three months he was given to prepare and vacate the residence though not a pesewa of his retirement benefits has been paid him.

Mr. C.K. Sampson, the victim and former Deputy Chief Registrar of the Kumasi High Court, received a letter dated October 8, 2002 from the Regional Administrative Officer, Mr. C.K. Kumah, directing that C.J. has given him two days effective 9th October to move out from the flat or else he will order his ejection by bailiffs on the expiration of the two-day grace period.
