Changes In Ministerial Portfolios

His Excellency the President has made the following changes in his government:

Minister of Education, Youth And Sports -Kwadwo Baah Wiredu

Minister of Tourism and Modernisation of the Capital City - Jake Obestebi Lamptey

Minister of Energy - Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom

Minister of Science & Environment - Prof. Kasim Kasanga

Minister of Parliamentary Affairs - Felix Owusu-Adjapong

Minister of Finance & Economic Planning - Yaw Osafo-Maafo

Minister of Lands & Forestry - Prof. Dominic Fobih

Minister of Interior - Hackman Owusu Agyeman

Minister of Manpower Development & Employment - Yaw Barimah

Minister of Food & Agriculture - Courage Quarshigah

Minister for Private Sector Development - Kwamena Bartels

Minister of State in Charge Of Girls Child Education - Christine Churcher

The Senior Minister has been given responsibility for Public Sector Reform & National Institutional Renewal Programme (NIRP).

Hon. C. O. Nyanor has been confirmed as the Chairman of the Divestiture Implementation Committee (DIC).

Lt. Gen. Joshua Hamidu has also been nominated as the High Commissioner designate to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
