CP Top Man At Large

Mr. Robert Ploetner, one of the executive officers of Construction Pioneers (CP) has vanished for fear of prosecution in a case in which CP has been found to defraud the Government of Ghana of DM117 MILLION through non-fulfillment of its tax obligation.

Mr. Ploetner, who is on self-cognisance bail, asked for permission to leave the jurisdiction but “it appears he does not intend to return to Ghana”.
