Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Osei Banahene scored the opener for Ismaily as the African Sambas claimed a 2-0 win over Aswan Sporting Club in the Egyptian Premier League on Monday evening.

The 27-year-old front-man steered home the opener for Gerard van der Lem's men at the Ismaïlia Stadium on the 36th minute mark.

Former Gil Vicente midfielder Marwan Mohsen sealed the win for the home side in the second-half.
