Eyes on the Ground: Parts of Sakaman flooded after Tuesday dawn rains

Several parts of the capital have been left flooded after a downpour which lasted about five hours on Tuesday dawn.

A video captured by a resident of Sakaman shows parts of some residence flooded, covering portions which would have otherwise served as a pathway for the inhabitants.
