NDC Campaign Coordinator urges hard work for victory

FIL FIL

The Campaign Coordinator of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Kofi Adams, has called for the party’s faithful to reach out to every voter to win them over for landslide victory in the December polls.

They should loudly tell their success story within the last eight years in government.

He said the signs were clear that the Mahama Administration would be returned to power but said that should not make anybody complacent.

Mr. Adams was launching the party’s election campaign in the New Juaben North Constituency at Asokore near Koforidua.

He reminded voters to be guided by their conscience and refuse to be swayed by empty campaign promises.

He indicated that a lot had been achieved under the watch of the NDC, adding that, it had kept faith with the people.

He made reference to the massive infrastructure development across the nation and asked voters to renew the government’s mandate to continue with the good works.

Dr. Edward Omane-Boamah, Communications Minister, urged the people to vote massively for the party’s presidential and parliamentary candidates.

They should avoid what has become known as “skirt and blouse voting”, where people either give their votes to the presidential candidate of a party and refuse to vote its parliamentary candidate or the reverse becomes the case.

The NDC parliamentary candidate, Mr. Haruna Apau Wiredu, was introduced to the voters.
