In preparation for a state visit on Monday, the flags of Ghana and the United States hang side-by-side at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, part of the White House complex, in Washington, Friday, Sept. 12, 2008. Ghana's President John Kufuor will get the full blast of White House pomp and ceremony, with herald trumpets, a South Lawn welcoming ceremony, and a formal state dinner.
