Letter From The President: Hotheaded Domesticator

Countrymen and women, loyalists and opponents, you know that except for Jerry Boom and Tata Mills, I don?t like to write about most of my other opponents. In fact, there?s very little to write (or think) about the others. They don?t scare me in anyway at all. As I have told you in a previous letter, I think most of my opponents are jokers, except for Tata Mills who presents something like a strong challenge. I was, therefore, a little bit unpleasantly surprised when I heard recently about the proposals for the formation of a so-called Grand Coalition. The coalition supposedly comprised of the NDC, Coconut Mahama?s party, the almost dead CPP, the highly confused Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP) and the ludicruously named EGLE (Every Accountable Ghanaian Living Everywhere) Party. But on the day the coalition was to be inaugurated, it turned out that only the EGLE, PNC (Coconut Mahama?s party) and the GCPP had made it into the coalition. I was not surprised. These so-called Nkrumaist parties can never agree on anything ? they don?t even agree on what their mentor, Kwame Nkrumah, stood for.
